Our platform can calculate everything you need to get an estimate together. Need to know exactly how much labor, drywall materials, rebar, studs, gallons of paint, concrete, insulation, gravel, length of copper wire (or anything in between) you will need? Of course you do, just point-and-click and it's done. Square footages, perimeters, volumes of simple or complex areas or counts? No problem.
You can even create assemblies or groups of items that can be applied to any part of the take off. In other words, click the perimeter of a building and drop an assembly that includes everything for the slab (concrete, aggregate base, welded wire, vapor barrier, labor, etc.) on top of it and you'll know the cost and what you'll need for materials, instantly.
*We also import files from almost any file type be it Excel, CAD file (DXF, DWF, DWG), a Plan file, a PDF, a scan, a JPG you name it we probably import it.
